Affordable fees, agreed at the start
We provide a specialised service which is available wherever you live in England or Wales and Scotland. You want to know exactly what it is going to cost for the work we do for you, whether it’s completing your claim form, a mandatory reconsideration of a decision on your claim, or an appeal to a tribunal. Some of these costs are fixed, while others would depend on the work involved. For example, we charge less where we have been involved with you at an earlier stage in your claim, since we would have considerable knowledge of your circumstances already. For a hearing outside of our area, travel time and travel costs have to be included, but you will get a firm figure at the outset.
We do not charge a percentage of the arrears out of any back pay which you may receive after a successful outcome. We prefer to work with you and accept payment of the agreed costs by instalments over the life of the file. Our success rate of 98.5% speaks for itself. We can almost always agree an arrangement which suits your circumstances, so don’t ever be put off from talking to us about your case.
